I've had a complex about my square jaw since I was young, so this year, I decided to get it contoured.
The most important thing I thought about was safety, so I searched around for it and chose this hospital because I thought I would feel safer with oral and maxillofacial surgery than plastic surgery. After the
consultation and checkup, I set a date right away and had the surgery about a week later. I wasn't nervous, perhaps because it was a moment I had been
looking forward to so much. So, I had 2 types of contouring done for the square jaw and front jaw at Wai Mouth Gang!
The swelling has gone down so much that people who see it for the first time don't even know it was surgery. Still, the cheeks come out really puffy in the photos taken with the rear camera. But actually, it's actually nice(?) because I always hated the dimpling in my cheeks... I feel like a lot of the swelling in my mouth has gone down!
As for the pain, the pain is just under the front chin? And
other than that, there is almost no feeling other than in situations such as when the front chin feels pulled or when the head is lowered.
The itchy feeling in my chin also disappeared.
A lot of my senses have come back. In the beginning of recovery, the sensation from the right side of the lower lip down was really dull, but now it seems like 80% of my lip and chin have returned.
Every time my friends meet, I keep getting thinner?? It feels good to mention this every now and then... In fact, my ability to catch changes is poor, so I didn't think it was that obvious yet, but seeing as people around me keep saying that it went well, I guess it worked out naturally!
I'm really impressed, this is the best hospital where I had surgery,,,*
