Unfortunately, there is a ridiculous rumor that a facelift is a surgery that can only be done once in a lifetime, but it is just a rumor. Perhaps because of that story, there do not seem to be many reviews of facelifts for people in their 20s, regardless of gender, so I tried it once and it seemed like gibberish.
