It’s been exactly two months since I had type 1 contouring (all for one square jaw) surgery!
I've been under a lot of stress since I was young because of my square jaw, but I was scared and worried, but then I heard that it's better to have surgery when you're at least one year old, so I gathered up courage and searched for a hospital
. I decided to go to this hospital because I thought it best suited the criteria I was looking for!
The director is talented and recommended clowns when I consulted with him, but he didn't force me and said that just a square jaw would be effective, so I was able to trust him and have the surgery without any anxiety. Normally, contouring surgery leaves me with pain, but the director is famous for stopping the bleeding, so I didn't have many bruises.
The pain in my face didn't seem to be that bad.
Contouring surgery causes more neck pain due to general anesthesia, vomiting, swelling, and discomfort when eating than bone pain, so I think I just need to manage these areas well and endure the swelling until the first month
. It's not much different from before the surgery because it's full, and it seems like it was a series of waiting.
In particular, it took longer for the frontal swelling to go down than the side line, but
now that it's been two months, I can feel that the swelling is definitely going down compared to the first month.
The swelling is still completely gone . It's not a big deal, but I'm so excited when I think about losing even more~
I think you need to research contour surgery well from the beginning to avoid failure!!
I will leave a review next time to see how the swelling is in three months.
I wonder if you had a masseter muscle resection. I also have a face that needs to have a square jaw, but I'm scared of clowns, so I try to have a square jaw. I'm in the same situation, so I can sympathize! The surgery went well!
* The angle below the ears was left behind and a long curved square jaw was performed along with masseter muscle reduction and pilectomy!
Thank you~ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
Are you considering square jaw surgery?
If you have any questions, I'll let you know.
* Right now, because of my nervous system, the amount I can control is limited ㅠㅠ I feel like I'm half wanting to do it at least a little and half not doing it if it won't be effective.
* Is the nerve line very low? ㅠㅠ
Then the surgery itself seems to be high risk, but
contouring surgery is not as easy as double eyelid surgery and
the side effects vary widely, so I don't think it's worth taking the risk if you don't see much benefit. ㅠㅠㅠ
* Approximately what mm was the nerve line? ㅠㅠ
I have 3mm on the left side and 5mm on the right side... so
when I cut it off because of the left side, it said it was 3mm ㅜ
* I wasn't told exactly how many millimeters it was. I said it wasn't a problem at all because the nerve line was so high,
but I don't think I could cut much if it was 3mm.
How many hospitals have you been to for consultation?
Are the hospitals of the same opinion? ㅠㅠ
* Yes, it's all the same ㅠㅠ
DA Slender Cookie Bondi Soda I've been around like this and
everyone's reaction was that they can't shave much, but surgery is possible and you can do it if you want ㅠㅠ
* Directors have their own signals that they give after looking at bone photos. If you say, "You have a face that will show great results," they say it's okay to do it, and if you say something ambiguous, they turn around and tell you not to do it. Did
you only get counseling for one type of square jaw?
Did you tell me not to do other parts as well?ㅠ
* ㅠㅠㅠㅠ What I was consulted for was 2 types of contouring, and what everyone is saying is that the extent I want is 4mm, but the
extent I can do is about 3mm.
That should be taken into account. ㅠ This is what you said ㅠㅠㅠㅠ But you said that it won't be completely effective. It was Director Bondi and Soda, and the one who was negative was Director
Kuki, who said it was not positive, but it was okay to do it as long as you wanted to see the cortical osteotomy and square jaw effect (frontal effect).
* If you can't see the side line effect, there's really no point in having a square jaw surgery. In fact, if you don't have a front chin, you have a pretty chin (you don't need to do it), so doing only a cortical osteotomy (slightly thinning the bone) is like living with your own chin. I don't think it's worth paying money for surgery.
What do clowns say? If it is safe for the square jaw and the effect of the cheekbones is great, it may be better to just have the cheekbones done. If the doctors did not strongly recommend cheekbones, I don't think there is a need to cut the cheekbones and put pins. Why not get consultation for the cheekbones as the last treatment? The doctor here doesn't have to do it. They are famous for sending away pretty faces haha.
