The hospital told me to sterilize my mouth with a gargle solution after eating and to gargle with water once an hour even if I don't eat food, but honestly, I gargle with a disinfectant solution once after eating, and water between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. There was almost no pain when I was still, and sometimes my cheekbones hurt on one side or the front chin tingled. However, when I touched the cheekbones, square jaw, and front chin, even if I touched it gently, there was pain. The mouth seemed to be able to open little by little, but it was really fine, so I still ate mainly porridge using a baby food spoon. However, when the week was over, I cut the boneless soy sauce chicken very finely and ate it. When I cut anything into small pieces, I almost didn't have to chew it, and if it was a food that wasn't that stimulating, I think I could recover quickly and eat better if I tried it carefully! I was constantly gargling hard, and I was worried that my breath would smell bad because I couldn't brush my teeth, but since I mostly ate porridge or liquids that weren't seasoned, it didn't seem like that. It was still hard because the gargle fluid was disgusting... There were days when I didn't go out for a walk, and I had to walk a lot at night in the cold wind to take an hour . For a week, it was said to be worn well, including when sleeping, so I was wearing it pretty much except for mealtimes. Also, like the cold compresses I did until the 3rd day, from the 4th day, I applied warm compresses for 20 to 30 minutes two or three times a day with the packs given by the hospital. After sleeping, I put the doll on my back and slept, and after the 5th day, as I said before, nosebleeds, runny nose, and phlegm were less, so sleeping was more comfortable than before, and the number of awakenings seemed to have decreased a lot. # Day 8 Visit On the 8th day, I visited the clinic to have cheek stitches removed. When I arrived at the hospital, the chief removed the stitches on my cheekbones. There were many reviews saying that removing stitches on my cheekbones didn't hurt at all. I was patient, but it wasn't to the extent that I didn't feel it at all. After removing the stitches, I put on tape to prevent open wounds, not Medifoam...? Afterwards, the director again checked the condition of the incision in the mouth, answered questions, and returned after receiving follow-up care. In my memory, I also took Citi on this day and checked the progress by watching Citi with the director. > Days 9-15 In the 2nd week after surgery, the swelling went down so quickly that it was clearly visible. Still, when I touched the cheekbones, square chin, and front chin, it was less painful than the first week, but there was pain. The mouth was definitely more open than at week 1, but still had about a finger in it, so I continued to use the baby spoon. At this time, after eating mainly thin food or liquids for more than a week after the operation, I had severe diarrhea, so I started eating a normal diet while taking the medicine and antidiarrheal prescribed by the hospital. I ate porridge without asking for it to be thinned, and I usually ate rice rolled into soup, such as seaweed soup or chopped galbitang. Also, I didn't chew at all until the 1st week, but by the 2nd week, I was able to chew very carefully, so I cut up some seasoned foods such as kimchi and jangjorim, but I did not feel any irritation until the stitches in my mouth were removed. I didn't eat phosphorus foods. I think I ate a lot of soft bread like sliced bread, sandwiches, and donuts! I didn't feel disgusted with the gargle since I started using a different disinfectant from the 2nd week, but I ate more variety of seasoned foods than before, so I felt uncomfortable in my mouth, so I gargled harder. I still tried to do the hot compress and hot compress, but because of the inconvenience and laziness... I couldn't work as hard as before. In the 2nd week, I slept on my back, and it seems that I slept well with almost no waking. I used to sleep on my side, so I was worried because there were a lot of times when I woke up, but the director said it was okay because I pinned my cheekbones to that extent, so I was relieved. # Visit on day 15 Originally, the stitches in the mouth are removed on the 14th day, but I visited the hospital on the 15th day to have stitches removed in the mouth. I was a little worried because it was said that removing stitches in my mouth was very painful, but I think I felt more relieved at the thought of finally being able to get out of the discomfort and being able to eat something delicious. Rather, the stitches in my mouth were not as painful as I saw in the latter half, and I was tolerable. I still had swelling in my mouth, so I couldn't completely remove the stitches on the day, but the rest of the stitches fell out as I lived, or when I visited later, the director removed them from time to time. On this day, I did not see the director, but the manager answered my questions and returned after receiving follow-up care. I thought I would eat a lot of spicy food immediately after removing the stitches in my mouth, but I was worried that I would get irritated myself, so I didn't. I was able to recover safely for 2 weeks because the directors and directors frequently looked at the progress and handled the post-operative care for the questions and anxieties that arose during the two weeks after surgery.
