[Chin] Chin tip not recommended

A t-osteotomy was performed on the tip of the chin 10 years ago, and bone resorption was depressed in the pin area. Because of the double chin on the front & not smooth lines on the side and the lack of body volume, I don't think I would recommend it if my family or friends told me to have surgery.
