I got a square jaw and chin at the very age of 20. It was probably a T-bone osteotomy, and I don't know if the surgical method has changed as time has passed, but once you do it, you have to endure the sagging. My skin had good elasticity, and my skin was less saggy when I was young, but now that 10 years have passed, my double chin has gotten worse, so I'm willing to go for a lift. It seems like a good idea to do it. In my opinion, you're pretty even without facial contouring, but it seems like a lot of people do it, so it's a waste in my opinion.
