There aren't many ear surgery reviews, so I'm leaving this in hopes that it will be helpful. I've always had a complex about my ears because I have both flat ears and flat ears. That's why I hated having my hair pulled over my ears, and really... I don't really believe in physiognomy, but I looked so humble. That's why I had surgery. I made the decision and had a lot of concerns because there wasn't much information about ear surgery. I went to two places, Mano and Minette, for consultations, but Minette's website actually has a rather old-fashioned image. So I guess I was a little worried after seeing that... haha. If you look at the site, the barrier to entry is a bit... high, but there were more reviews in the reviews section than I thought?! So, I decided to go for a consultation first. Mano Hospital's surgical method is to put an implant behind the ear, and the ear lobe is a sharp ear, as I remember back then, but since there is not much fat in the earlobe, I recommend filling it with filler. The implant melts over time, right? They say it will be absorbed, but I don't remember the surgery time for 1 or 2 hours? It seemed like it didn't take long, but I went to Minette for a consultation. They only used autologous ear cartilage without using any implants or fillers. I was surprised at how long the surgery took. It took 3 hours for a lying ear, 2 hours for a cut ear, and a total of 5 hours. They said that ear surgery is not a simple surgery. .. I was surprised that the cost was higher than I expected. After thinking about it, I decided on Minette. I thought it would be better to just pay more and have the surgery with only inner ear cartilage without an implant. I don't know if there is a place other than Minette that performs surgery with only autologous cartilage, but most of them are done with implants. There seem to be a lot of places, but there seem to be pros and cons. The doctor said he would explain that I had to sleep with ear protectors after surgery here, so I said yes, but the doctor was making something by cutting a paper cup with scissors. It was an ear protector. Anyway, I have to sleep with this for at least 3 months. I'm the type of person who has to sleep on my side at all times when I sleep. That's why I still have a hard time sleeping ㅜㅜ I didn't hear a detailed explanation about this before the surgery. But even if I had known, I would have had the surgery. The director said it was completely okay. They say it takes 6 months to make your ears look like mine, and it's at least 3 months to wear ear protectors when you sleep, but some people say they use them for 6 months... I think this is harder than I thought, so it's an issue that needs to be taken into consideration. If you use implants, you won't have to go this far, right? When I looked in the mirror, I saw that my ears were spread out like a cocoon, which made me laugh and feel embarrassed, but I spread my ears as much as possible, so now, but they said that 50-60% of the time I will lie down again in the next 6 months before it fully settles. Looking at it, I think it would be better if I lay down a little longer. Currently, I am satisfied. middle!!!! I can tuck my hair over my ears without any problem. Before that, I wasn't aware of the effect ears had on my facial features or the shape of my face, but after the surgery, my impression has definitely become softer. I used to be stressed about my angular face, but it seems to be less angular to some extent. It's amazing. The earlobes look great too!!!

Even though I cut it from the back, it was obvious from the front. I also asked about that, but it will get better after a few months. I'm still wearing a band, but if I take this off, I'll apply the scar cream for 6 months.
Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha handmade ear protectors ha ha it's even funnier because it's made by a doctor ha ha ha But it must be uncomfortable 3 months... I wish you a speedy recovery
Yes haha But ear surgery is really not as simple as I thought... It's easy with just a knife ear, but my lying ears ㅜㅜ It takes quite a bit of time to completely become like my own ears..
