[etc] Mandibular advancement

hi! I received mandibular advancement overseas in the winter of 2021. Since I have a blind chin, I had it corrected before surgery and received it from an oral surgeon recommended by my dentist. When I planned the 3D surgery, it said that the chin should be advanced by 7mm and the tip of the chin by 3mm, but perhaps because he was an oral surgeon, he did not have much confidence in cosmetic surgery and said that it would be okay even if the chin tip was not advanced first. Since it was my first time undergoing general anesthesia surgery, I was scared, so I decided to only advance the lower jaw. The surgery went well with no side effects. As soon as I got out of surgery, I felt all sensation. The incision inside my mouth has healed well, so I don’t even know where it got stuck now. There was no infection at the surgical site and the bone was well attached, but overall body recovery took longer than expected. I was tied up with this wire for over a month until the bone healed, so it was very painful to eat liquid food during that time. I have great energy and stamina. It seems like it took 6 months to a year to get my stamina back even after the surgery area healed well. I lost about 7kg while on a liquid diet, but then I gained 3kg more than usual. I feel like I'm feeling a bit weak, so I hope you think about it a lot before doing it. I thought about it in my early 20s and had it done in my 30s, but since it was bone surgery, I thought it would have been better to have it done when I was younger. Currently, I can still feel everything and there is no problem with chewing, but sometimes the part where the left plate is is sore after drinking, so I have to remove the pin and plate. They say I can leave it on because it's titanium, but I don't even know if it's on the right side, but the left side seems to be more swollen and weak after the surgery. I thought it was a good idea not to do the chin tip at first, but in fact, I'm currently looking into plastic surgery. After all the swelling has gone down, it's bothersome that I still have a vague feeling of blindness.
