The director is kind, and the head of the hospital is kind , but it seems like the doctor does the surgery according to his own style rather than listening to the consumer's opinion. The front incision is torn a lot (if you look at the reviews, they all have a lot of incisions). I really don't recommend front incision for people with small pupils (I'm that case, but my impression is fierce..)
