I wanted to get double eyelid surgery, but I thought that if I got too much surgery, it wouldn't suit my image, so when I was looking for a hospital, I looked for a place that focused on "a place that gets the in-out well and does natural surgery"!
I had three consultations and heard various diagnoses:
1. Incision + eye correction + epicanthoplasty + fat removal
2. Incision + eye correction + all-over reduction (...I didn't even think about this here)
3. Incision + eye correction + upper reduction.
Only the third hospital examined my eye structure thoroughly and explained in detail that I should get an upper reduction instead of an epicanthoplasty. And I was glad that the doctor told me honestly from his perspective that getting an all-over reduction, which I wanted to look natural in the first place, was... really excessive.
And since I used to get double eyelid surgery and my upper and lower eyelashes would always be prickly, I was really stressed out ㅠㅠ When I said that I wanted that to improve as well, the director told me not to worry about that and that I could get entropion at the same time, so I got it at the same time as my double eyelid surgery! At first, I thought, "Why am I going to so many places for nothing?" I wanted to, but now that I've been going to several, I've realized that there's really no excess here and
that the director is very thorough. As I said before, >>>naturalness<><< is so important to me.. So when I was deciding on the double eyelid design with the director, I begged and prayed, please make it natural, please in/out.. ㅋㅋ Looking at the results, I'm glad that the director really suited my opinions appropriately.
And the bruise in the 2nd week photo wasn't a big deal because I'm the type that bruises easily to begin with. Anyway, the hospital did all the aftercare and the director personally (!!) checked my eyes every time I checked the progress, so I felt reassured. If you're the type who worries a lot, you should go to a private hospital so that they can check your eyes well until the end.
Anyway, after a month, even though it's an incision, the swelling has gone down quite naturally, so I'm just putting on makeup and taking selfies and enjoying my double eyelid life.. I don't know what else to write. If you have any other questions, feel free to leave a comment!!>
