At the hospital where I first had double eyelid surgery, my right eye was loosened, so I underwent reoperation once through a partial incision and once through an incision. I decided to have a second eyelid surgery at another hospital because there was a noticeable difference. Dr. Park was so confident and good at picking up what I was curious about and what I wanted that I didn't even think about looking into other hospitals haha. He gave me comforting words during the surgery, and even on the day of disinfection and the day I went to remove the stitches, he joked and said reassuring things haha. It was so warm... I liked that the desk staff and nurses were friendly! I can't remember whether it was the day of the surgery and each visit, the day the swelling was lasered and disinfected, or the day the stitches were removed. Is it a stem cell ampoule? They also applied it to my eyes and I felt they did a really good job of providing follow-up care.
There is currently more swelling and bruising in my right eye than my left! I'm not going to worry about it because it will resolve itself over time. I really feel like it won't resolve this time haha. People around me also said it won't resolve. I like the lines, so now I'm just waiting for the swelling to go down. Thank you so much, Dr. Park!
There is no scar at the incision area, and it looks like the previously released eye was overcorrected. I think it will go away when the swelling goes down.
