Hello everyone! I had double hands 8 years ago, and even after double use, my eyes looked weak when I took pictures. Until recently, I lived with the mindset that there was nothing I could do about it, thinking that it was just the shape of my eyes that I was born with, but while looking at old photos, I came across a photo where my eyes looked really big and round. My eyes usually swell so much that I can't open them during the day? But that day, the photo was taken at dawn, so the swelling in the eyes had completely gone, so the eyes were wide open. When I saw that, I thought, "If there is no swelling in my eyes, my eyes look clear. Maybe the problem is not the shape of the eyes, but the swelling." After that, I spent several months trying to find a way to get rid of the swelling quickly or prevent it from appearing, and without seeing any clear results, I wondered if I should just live like this. Then, I changed my mind and wondered if I could somehow try to open my eyes wide with the swelling, so I searched for ptosis treatment, eye correction, and ways to increase the strength to open my eyes. I tried practicing on my own, but I realized that I really didn't have the strength to open my eyes. I realized. I think there are people similar to me, so I'm going to share some tips I learned while practicing to build my eye-opening muscles. If you are looking for a way to develop the strength to open your eyes, do you all know how to practice opening your eyes by placing your hand on your forehead, which is most prominent, and fixing it so that it does not put pressure on your forehead or move it? Do this exercise, but the point is to open your eyes with the thought of opening your eyes with your pupils without putting pressure on your forehead. You need to gradually open your eyes from the middle of the pupil, to the front of the eye, and to the end of the eye, and apply pressure to where the eyelashes are. Apply force like this, open your eyes, move your pupils to the outer corners of your eyes as much as possible, and turn them to the north, south, east, and west. You will feel the force going into your eyelids according to the movement of your eyes. If you keep repeating this, your eyelids will gradually gain strength! And when you do this, you should not just press your forehead, but press down towards your eyes. That way, you don't really have to put any pressure on your forehead. Even if you practice this, you may not have the strength to open your eyes all the way. In this case, instead of pressing the center of the forehead, you should press down on the eyebrow bone. I'm sure there are people who are wondering why my eyes are so blurry and wondering if they should have eye correction or an upper or lower crease, and I was like that too. I continued to practice this exercise and my eyes became much rounder from the front to the ends. Especially if you practice this exercise a lot before taking pictures, your eyes will definitely look clearer when taking pictures! Not only that, but the swelling in my eyelids has also gone down a lot haha. Let’s make your eyes clearer naturally without surgery!!
