I really wanted to try something like this, but the day has come when I finally have my eyelids in place and write a review of my double eyelids haha.
When I look at my eyes before, I hate the way my eyes look sleepy, so I've had to wear double eyelids since I was in middle school, and at some point, I ended up with double eyelids! But maybe it's because the double eyelids were artificially created due to double eyelids ㅜㅜ They're not pretty, and the fat around the eyelids has already increased... I have double eyelids, but they're not that good... I think this is the limit of the unavoidable double eyelids and double eyelids... haha
So I can put it off any longer. No, I decided that if I was going to live as a double for the rest of my life, I should get double surgery as soon as possible. Fortunately, my parents, who were against plastic surgery in the past, recently became more positive about double surgery, so I got a chance to get double surgery. Haha, thank you, mom.
So, I diligently went to counseling with my mom every weekend! I had a desire to make my eyes look as gorgeous as possible, and I didn't like the front of my eyes being blocked, so I think I emphasized that I wanted to open my eyes as well. I knew that I had gained a lot of weight, but I still wanted to have surgery through non-incision if possible... I'm scared of incision scars, and I want to go out a lot during vacation, but wouldn't it be a waste to be stuck at home because of my eyes? I'm a person with MBTI Power E lol
Anyway, I know I was very picky, but ㅜㅜ Even though I told him I wanted to do it this way, it wasn't something I could do as I wanted, so I went to a consultation and found out that eyes like mine have to have incisions, and that eyelids have increased a lot of fat, so I got eye correction. There is also a hospital that recommends it.. haha. So, I got a lot of confusion and blamed myself a lot while going to the consultation. I thought I should have done the double treatment a little faster and used a little less double eyelid or double rim hahaha...
So is incision the answer? After much deliberation, I ended up getting it done at one of the hospitals I consulted at that said it was possible with non-incision + slit surgery! I liked this hospital because the staff was very friendly from the time I called to make an appointment, and the surgery method was exactly what I wanted, so I think my worries were short-lived! I made an appointment right away after the consultation and had the surgery right after the winter break.
Maybe because it was a non-incision, the major swelling seemed to go down quickly. The left and right lines looked different, so I kept taking pictures to monitor the progress, but I had no idea it would be used as a review like this. Anyway. I was very worried about the uneven lines, so I asked if the lines were different. He said that it might look uneven because of the swelling, and reassured me that it would be okay once the swelling went down and settled down. In fact, I whined and cried a lot, but he calmly and soothingly soothed me. Haha, now that I think about it, I feel so sorry haha;;;
The reason I decided on the hospital was because of the surgical method, but the hospital where I had the surgery was a one-person hospital with only one director, so he watched my progress one-on-one very carefully and paid a lot of attention to me! I feel like this is why it's good to have a one-person hospital for post-surgery care hahaha. During the time I was scheduled to see him, he only paid attention to me, so I felt at ease.
And as the long-awaited month came to a close...
I felt truly sorry for whining to the director haha. Big swelling. As it falls out, the line settles into place... This was really amazing. How did the uneven lines come together like this? While doing this, I look in the mirror every day haha. Two weeks after the surgery, I was able to wear makeup like I used to. There was still some minor swelling, but they said I needed to look at it for another 3-6 months. Still, the lines were much clearer and my eyes looked better than double eyelids or double eyelids. I was so relieved to see the refreshing opening ㅜㅜ When I met my friends, I took four pictures of my life without fail lol.
Anyway, even people like me who have gained fat around their eyelids can have surgery through non-incision!! I hope you will keep this in mind and that the artists will do their best to get the surgery!!
