In 2016, I had my eyes corrected with partial incision double eyelid surgery and had front/back canthoplasty done. But at
some point, my double eyelid line started to loosen, and even though I corrected my eyes, my eyes themselves started to look sleepy.
The impression wasn't clear and they looked saggy, and since the lines were loosened, I felt swollen all the time. .;;
After my first surgery, people around me were like, ‘Is this surgery?’, so I just thought it looked natural, so I thought no.
It was just a failure, and I wanted to open my eyes and get in-out incisions,
so I decided to have the surgery again. Since it was a revision surgery, I thought there was no way I could do another surgery in my life, so I installed an app and searched a lot of reviews. I
went to a lot of places and
1) communicated well with the director,
2) specialized in reoperation,
3) 1) For these reasons , I
had a reoperation at a hospital I liked.
At this hospital, they decided to make a clear incision with an in-out line to adjust the asymmetry and lower the corners of the eyes. I also received reoperation for anterior/posterior epicanthoplasty only on the left side.
After the surgery, other than a slight feeling of a foreign body, there was no pain or swelling. It wasn't bad or anything, but
because I touched my eyes a lot, they got red and bruised, so I was really scared haha. I was scared for just a week, but I went to the hospital on the 1st and
7th days and received laser treatment for the swelling and bruising, so I was glad that it had subsided a lot. It was a real moment. I almost regret the reoperation;;
The swelling will have to last for a few more months, so even taking that into account, after a month, I was able to wear makeup, my
lines were clearly defined, and my eye shape was corrected well, so now I don't look like a sleepy person all the time^^.. It looks clear, right?
Whether it's a first surgery or a reoperation, you need to think carefully and visit a lot, but it seems like you'll have to look around a lot more for a reoperation.. ㅠ However, if you move around
too much, you'll only have more time to think about it, so set your criteria carefully and choose
a hospital that handles a lot of reoperations. I wonder if they take good care of me... In my case, I don't like large hospitals, so I think I mainly looked for private hospitals. Anyway, I need to
stay for a few months for the swelling to go down, so I should try my best to drink pumpkin juice.
