A review of two months since my posterior epicanthoplasty revision surgery.

is a review from Kirin, a little over two
months after my revision surgery. When I was told that I would have to wait 3 to 6 months after surgery, I wondered how long I would wait, but it has already been two months and a week since surgery. At first, my eyes and face were sore due to conjunctival edema. My daily life was difficult for over a month because my eye was so swollen and torn, but now that I have recovered a lot, it is easier to wear contact lenses, make up, and meet people! I don't know if the right side was torn more than the left, or the right side is recovering more slowly, but the right side is still more red and puffy. The left side has healed a lot, but the tips of my eyes are still very red. If you take a picture or in a bright place, you can definitely feel the redness. It used to be so unnatural that I couldn't even close my eyes and smile, but now I can close my eyes to some extent and my smile is more natural than before, and my aegyo-sal, which had disappeared, is back! For those of you who are worried about this at first, you don't have to worry too much because it only takes time. I feel like I'm recovering day by day, but I still need to wait and see until it becomes completely natural. The corners of my eyes were raised a lot and my eyes were puffy, but now the corners of my eyes are lowering a lot compared to before. I think my facial expression has definitely become smoother. I originally had short, round eyes, so I thought it would be difficult to get a cleft lip, but I'm not sure if they've gotten longer horizontally. But compared to my eyes, I'm completely satisfied now! I really recommend it to anyone considering surgery. It's hard at first, but you can just endure the ugly look right after the surgery..!!
