[Double eyelid Incision] Review of the 5th day of double eyelid surgery...

The photo was taken on Tuesday, May 30th after the surgery on Friday, May 26th. Is it the 4th or 5th day after the surgery? The surgery was an incision double eyelid surgery. I didn't do anything else. There wasn't much swelling on the first day, but there was swelling the next day and the next day. Almost none? Why did I order pumpkin juice? Is there no swelling because the line is low? Rather, I'm worried that the line is too thin. If the swelling goes down further, won't it lead to inner double eyelids? ㅜㅜ And the line in front of the eyes seems to be slightly double... If I remove the stitches, it will become one.
