[Opening] Back opening Bottom opening

It's a revision surgery on the bottom of the back, but it's too expensive. It's only been 3 days, but it looks so natural that I wonder what I should do if it doesn't work . I'm not sure if I had a rear opening, and the bottom opening was a little open. I think it's because my eye space is limited. Wanted.. Very natural! Originally, my eyes were like mine haha,,
