I didn't like the fact that I had thick skin, a lot of fat, and small eyes, so about 10 years ago, I visited several places in Gangnam/Apgujeong that were famous at the time, but I skipped all the places that recommended additional things like forehead lift/anthoplasty, and only talked about double eyelid surgery without recommending other procedures. The decision was made to perform double eyelid surgery through partial incision under sedative anesthesia under a single-person, focused director. It's already been about 10 years since I had surgery, so I'm writing about something I wish I had known a long time ago. 1. At the time, I was afraid of surgery, so I asked for it to look as natural as possible, but as I got older, the lines around my eyes began to sag and became less visible. At the time, it felt natural with the lines slightly visible, but now it's all buried and it's a natural feeling. At the time, I didn't think about the fact that my face would sag and change as I got older, but now it seems obvious, but I feel like plastic surgery should have been done with age in mind 10 or 20 years from now. 2. If I were to do double-handling again, I think I would do it buried for now, if possible, rather than partial incision/incision. When I was about 10 years into double surgery, my lines got lower, so I looked into reoperation. I first realized that the difficulty of the first surgery was different depending on whether it was an incision or non-incision. If I did it hastily with an incision, the risk of fixing sausage eyes or low lines increased. The cost is also more than the first surgery. 3. During the surgery, the doctor woke me up in the middle of the anesthesia and opened and closed my eyes and the director checked the line. It turned out that the anesthesia was just a local anesthesia, so the patients felt pain or fear, so I let them sleep for a few minutes and woke them up again in the middle of the surgery. I read that as doing it. Therefore, it has recently been said that a place that does not wake you up and check the eye line after putting you under anesthesia for double surgery or a relatively simple surgery is a place with the potential to be a shadow doctor. 4. After going to the reoperation consultation, I was told that the fixation thread in the eye may or may not be removed during the reoperation. When I opened my eye again, I couldn't see the thread, but they said that if I tried to remove it, it could damage the eye tissue even more. If you think about it, the more you do the reoperation, the more thread-like things can get inside the eye. I thought that this could overlap and cause multiple lines or various side effects, so I decided to put the reoperation on hold for now. For your information, that plastic surgery clinic is now gone. To find out about reoperation, I tried to find a member of a plastic surgery specialist using the business card of the director who performed the surgery, but the last time I worked there was at that plastic surgery clinic, and I couldn't find where he currently works. Looking at things like this, if the surgery goes wrong and the director disappears, I will have to deal with the side effects on my own, so I hope you consider the plastic surgery very carefully.
