[Double eyelid Burial] Is there a difference between the 3rd and 4th weeks of burial??

It's almost 3 weeks since it was buried... The first and second weeks are definitely different (the line goes down a bit and the swelling goes down a bit more), but it's almost 3 weeks and it doesn't seem to be much of a difference from the 2 weeks, so I'm really scared. There's still some swelling. It seems like it is there, but does it feel different between the 3rd and 4th weeks?? Please reply to those who have been buried...
