[Under Relocation] Swelling under the eyes.ㅠ.ㅠ

I had surgery last Monday and it's now the 11th day,,,, The big swelling on the right side seems to have gone down to some extent, but the left side is still not coming out and it's convex. Is it because it's inflamed? And,, does anyone have weight after surgery?? How soon should I do it?
