[Fat grafting] Fat grafting and lower eyelid surgery a year ago

I had natural double eyelids with an incision about 20 years ago. My friend said she was getting double eyelid surgery, so I followed her and had the consultation and surgery. It was quite spontaneous. I had no fat in my eyes and my eyelids were sunken because of my protruding style, so I recommended fat grafting. I wanted a back slit, so I also got a back lower slit. Back lower slit - I wanted it to look natural. The right side turned out well, but the left side didn't have much change in the ㄷ shape. I'm thinking about getting another surgery on the left side. Eye fat grafting. The eyelids dropped while getting the fat graft above the eyes, making the double eyelids smaller. If I don't put on makeup, I'll have a complete fake double eyelid. It looks hard, but I'm thinking about getting another double eyelid surgery. While trying to solve the problem, I ended up with another problem.
