About a month ago, I underwent fat repositioning and fat grafting. The under eye area seems to be improved, but only one under eye bulges along the tear sulcus line due to fat grafting, so the tear sulcus is clearly visible. The hospital calls it swelling, but its been a month and the big swelling is gone. The tear sulcus line is so prominent that it looks droopy. Does anyone have the same experience as me? I am very worried about whether it will improve. I didnt know that fat grafting would make people so hard.
