[Double eyelid Burial] After 12 years of burial

Twelve years ago, at a local plastic surgery clinic, I was buried in double eyelids. I originally had double eyelids, but when I went to find out the fat repositioning under the eyes, the doctor recommended that I do it together with double eyelids. Now my eyes are doubled.. And the line is too high compared to the existing line.. So Im looking for a revision surgery.. But Im wondering if I should do it through a non-incision or an incision.. Ive been to several consultations, but its a hospital that says its possible with a burial. I am worried because there are hospitals that require only incisions... Im worried that once the incisions are made it will leave a big scar.. There are scars from under-eye fat repositioning incisions.. ㅠㅠ Incision ? Non-incision ? What surgery should I do? Additional information: Non-incisional hospitals said that the incision was still excessive, and the hospital that had to make an incision said that there is a possibility that double folds will occur again if the incision is made, so they said an incision should be made.
