[Under Relocation] lower eyelid or lacrimal filling

I did fat repositioning while doing the lower eyelid, but the tear trough part fills up and the Indian folds below it stand out, an unexpected result. Originally, there were Indian wrinkles, but I didnt really care about them. When I inquired at the hospital, they recommend fat grafting, but I am worried because I am afraid of sagging later. If you have Indian wrinkles, it would be good to consider in advance when relocating the fat under the eyes or reducing the tear ducts.
