[Opening] Never do a back opening or a bottom opening

This time last year. I had epicanthoplasty done because I asked for it to be done very lightly and naturally, but I went to three eye specialists because I was worried about reoperation, but they said it wasn't too much and told me not to touch my eyes. I really miss that natural smile and eye line, so I want to restore it, but there's no need to get it done in three places. Should I just accept it? Or is there anyone who got restorative surgery and got their old eye line back?
