Lowering the corners of the eye 1 year after plastic surgery

I did it in January of last year, so it's been about a year and 4 months. The corners of my eyes are always up, so I only looked down the corners of my eyes because I wanted to be good. It does not go up because I did it, and the scar is almost invisible. Because of the twist + the corners of my eyes, my eyes look a little cooler and the people at the company didn't notice . All the whites have turned into blood . There is blood for about a month. The downside is that the corners of the eyes are down, so when I wake up in the morning it's dry, so I have to put artificial tears in it .
