The eyes were incised + ptosis correction + upper canthoplasty.
Since it was an incision, of course I thought the swelling would last much longer, but it seems to have gone down faster than I thought.
I wasn't on the side of managing it so hard lol.. I worked hard until the stitches were undone. I did, but I think it was because the surgery went well.
Until the end, I was worried about the hospital where I operated now and other hospitals, but I think I chose well and performed the surgery.
The other hospital I was worried about was a large hospital, and they recommended ptosis correction + upper canthoplasty + incision, but when
I was thinking about double eyelids for a long time and looking into it, I saw too many cases of side effects of ptosis correction
. That's why I asked if it would be okay if I didn't have eye correction. The director said it's okay if you don't want to, but the difference in the way your eyes are exposed after surgery can't be helped. First of all, he said he would understand and came to the hospital where he had the surgery, but he said that
he had to correct his eyes here too. When I asked if it was okay if I didn't do it, he took a picture of my face and showed it to me, and he firmly said that I had to do it. After consulting with the director, I came out and consulted with the manager and gave an estimate.
The atmosphere at both hospitals was good, and the teachers were all kind, but the hospital I decided on seemed to be a little more attentive to the explanation, the director's career, and what I was worried about because I was hesitant.
In fact, the hospital where I performed the surgery was recommended by an acquaintance, but I was hesitant until the end because I was worried that I would have to undergo ptosis correction. Still, my acquaintance's surgery went very well, and all of my acquaintance's acquaintances decided that the surgery went well. But in the end, it was a good choice. If I had just made an incision without correcting my eyebrows, I really just felt like I was drawing a line over my eyes, and I don't think there would have been a big difference. And after making sure, it's much easier to open my eyes because I can't open my forehead, and I don't have wrinkles on my forehead.
(The hospital where the surgery was performed is Iwabaek Plastic Surgery Clinic in Gangnam. Since it is a private hospital, there is only one director.)
