Gentleman’s double eye surgery + epicanthoplasty + revision surgery

In 2011, I had buried surgery and epicanthoplasty at Gangnam Shinsa ㅈㅇㄹ. I have a lot of eye fat, so I had the fat removed during surgery. After removing the front opening stitches, I could see the stitches sticking out over the damaged area for almost a year. I tried pulling it, but it pulled... I was embarrassed when I first realized that the thread was visible. I live in a rural area, and once I saw the thread, I was so scared of reoperation that I couldn't go and I think I lasted for a year. ㅠㅠ I was foolish... It's been one year since then. I stopped by when I was in Seoul. After seeing the director, he said it would last up to a year, so I set a date for the reoperation. It was scary, but on the day of surgery, I saw the director, and he said this was the first time he'd ever had something like this happen during surgery... What's wrong with me...?... Anyway, the line has decreased, and I feel bad. They said it might be the same as before, so I decided to make a larger partial incision. I am very satisfied after doing it again. I think the big lines look good on me too. The partial incision was stitched with two stitches per eye. Rather, the scar that was visible from the thread sticking out before is darker. The new part is hard to see. I still wonder why the thread stuck out..ㅠㅠ
