It hurts so much I can’t sleep ㅜㅜㅜ

It's not this afternoon... but it's yesterday afternoon since it's past 12 o'clock. I had a brow lift surgery yesterday afternoon. Maybe it's because it's the first day, but I'm so sick that I can't sleep. The pain is speechless. If I had known it would hurt this much, I wouldn't have had the surgery. I took a picture of her, but I didn't want to see her. She took the medication and applied it in the evening. It feels like a sledgehammer is pressing down on my forehead and the stinging sensation persists at the same time... 10 years ago, when I double-handed, it didn't hurt at all, but this is the first time I've experienced pain like this. I feel like I'm going to cry, but I'm holding it back because I'm afraid my eyes will get swollen and affect their appearance. They tell me to use cold compresses for 2-3 days, but I can't even do this because it hurts... ㅜㅜㅜ Ha... How can I reduce the pain? I would be grateful for any advice from those who have experience.
