Review of old double epicanthoplasty

I had epicanthoplasty surgery with my twin sister about 6 years ago. I think the pain was the most when I got the anesthesia injection. I got 9 shots on each side lol. 3 epicanthoplasty shots, 3 shots above the eyes, 3 shots on the conjunctiva above the eyes. The needle was thicker than the current injection. I think it was really painful. Looking at the results of the surgery as of now, I don't think the plastic surgery was that successful. The Mongolian folds have appeared again and the double couple lines are also uneven . I'm currently thinking about getting eye correction again... I 'm really thinking about epicanthoplasty because of the scars. I think it would be a good idea to do it. It will remain as white as breast meat! Maybe it's because I had it done a long time ago, but I guess the medical techniques at the time weren't very good... haha. Still, I think it's better to have had it done than not, so I haven't had the surgery yet, but I'm currently thinking of having the eye correction surgery again!
