Do any of you have forehead or temple tension or pain after eye correction?

It's been 3 weeks since I completed the eye correction + complete, but when I look straight ahead or look down, the temples and forehead are still quite tight... I feel a little pressure. It feels like my forehead nerves are always on edge... ㅜㅜ When I look straight ahead, I feel like I'm keeping my eyes wide open, and my dry eye syndrome is so severe that it stings my eyes. Is this due to overcorrection? Overcorrection requires blepharoplasty within three weeks... I'm really worried. Does anyone have the same symptoms as me? (I don't teach hospitals. It's very rural)
