Does the line get thinner???

For those of you who had a thick line at first............. Will the line gradually get lower as time goes by?? It's a bit thick right now, so it would be nice if the line lowered just a little bit. There's still some swelling, but it seems like it's almost all gone.. Will it gradually get lower over time? If you look back at Hwang Jung-eum, her double eyelids were thick at first, but these days they have become completely thin. I wonder if she had surgery again or because the lines have become thinner over time. Please advise.
