What does it mean to have a back flap?

Actually... I had an eyelid surgery to bring down the corners of my eyes , and it's been about 2 weeks now... I've taken out all the stitches, but my eyes are so hungry... Too much of the whites are showing, so I look like I'm puffy, and even when I smile, it's so unnatural. It doesn't close all the way. ~ Is this swelling? It doesn't look like swelling. ~ It would be better if it was just tightly closed, but does the fact that the eyelids are glued together mean that the eyes will return to their original state? The corners of the eyes are lowered now, but if they are attached, they will go up again. Is it??ㅡ,,ㅡ??
