Under eye muscle binding

I had surgery 3 months ago~ Since aegyo usually prefers filler, I was going to get filler, but I ended up getting muscle binding, and it’s not that noticeable~ I’m upset that both sides are uneven ㅜㅜ I wanted plump, distinct aegyo sal, but when I have a blank expression, I don’t have any aegyo sal, and when I smile, it’s not that plump, and I have a scar, which is upsetting. Has anyone had muscle binding surgery? And after muscle binding surgery, can I get filler or Alloderm? How is Alloderm done?
