People who roll over their eyelids,,;

Lifting eyelashes does n't just mean that the eyelashes are going up ... Should I say that the eyelids are flipped,,,,, that seems like a rather common phenomenon,, and some people said they had surgery again to correct it... That kind of person . anybody home? It's not that bad, but I was wondering if it might be harmful to my health... I guess dust gets in there easily because my eyelashes are up... If anyone knows, please respond... Is that okay...? Even if I don’t have reoperation...?
