Please help me with epicanthoplasty...please~~~~~~~

I had a snub nose and had front cleft openings. My eyes are long and I have double cups, but my eyesight is severe. When I looked in the mirror right after the surgery, it looked a little crowded due to swelling, and the doctor said it would be okay if the swelling went down, but when I put the tape on my nose, I pulled it down and stuck it, so I ended up with a cleft lip. It's also pulled. I haven't taken out the stitches yet, but won't it break even more as it is? I'm dying of worry... the front gap is irreparable~ I'm having my stitches removed on Tuesday, but I'm scared... what will I do if I become Shin Dong-yeop ? For reference, the size between my eyebrows was originally 3.5~6, so if you have experience with this, please help me~
