It hurts so much to raise my eyes.

I did it with burial, but I keep practicing because I heard that raising my eyes is good .. It hurts so much to raise my eyes - - It's not that bad, it hurts a little ㅠ0ㅠ And I'm not kidding about the swelling ㅠ I posted it in a photo room- -ㅋ The swelling isn't that severe after burying other people , but why is it so severe ㅠㅠ That's why I'm so angry- -ㅋ Even though I'm doing both ice and warm compresses ... I don't see much difference in swelling - - I'm going to die of anger Yes ㅠ And tears often form in my eyes ㅠ When I raise my eyes- -ㅋ Is it the same for you guys? Or is it just me?
