Questions about warm compresses, unstitching days, and exercise!

I'm kind of afraid of hot compresses, so I only use cold compresses on the 4th day of surgery. When do you start taking warm compresses? I made a complete incision (without opening). I was told to come in 7 days later to have the stitches pulled out, so why do I have to wait so long? ㅠㅠ When can I start exercising ? My eyes are sweating and I move a lot, isn't it? Today is the 4th day of surgery and I exercised for about 30 minutes; A little sweaty...

Um... I'm on the 3rd day of the surgery, and I'm using a warm pack, some people continue to apply cold packs even after ten days have passed.. Each hospital is a little different; And the same goes for stitches... There are cases where it is slightly different from person to person or it is wrong at each hospital, but I think I have seen a lot of cases where it is removed after a week. Also, exercise is good.. Light exercise is good because swelling goes down well ^^ But excessive exercise should be passed Almost two weeks or three weeks.. If you ask the hospital where you operated for details, they will give you a good answer ^-^

To be safe, you need to endure intense exercise sauna for up to one month after surgery. If you exercise in a hot summer like now, there is a chance that something goes wrong in the place where the surgery was performed.

저는 10일째에 사우나 가라던데요?? 사우나 한번 갔다오면 붓기 많이 가라앉는다구.. 글서 낼 가려는데.. 가면 안좋나여??

오늘 실밥 뽑고 왔답니다 ㅋㅋ 5일째인데 걍 뽑았죠
오늘 물어보니까 사우나나 탕에 들어가는거는 3주전까진 하지 말라는군요^^

전 절개법으로 수술하고
계속 냉찜질 해주었구요~
6일만에 실밥 푼 다음
그 뒤로부터는
계속 온찜질만 해줬어요 ^ ^;
실밥 풀으러 갔을때
의사쌤께서 찜질방 자주 가라고
하시더라구용 ^^

저도 수연님이랑 같아요~ 절개 수술하고 냉찜질 해주다가
실밥 풀고는 계속 온찜질
찜질방은 -ㅗ- 실밥 뽑고 난 다음날 부터 갔어요
1주일 후엔 화장하고 클럽가서 땀이 비오듯하게 춤추고
ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 근데 괜찮은거 같은데요;

저는 실밥 뽑으면서 찜질 하는 거 물어봤더니, 온찜질은 멍 때문에 하는 거고, 냉찜질은 붓기 때문에 하는 거라고.. 저는 멍이 없어서 냉찜질만 계속 하라고 하던걸요~
