Can I apply warm compresses before removing the stitches?

I did it on the 2/6th.. The bruises on my eyes are too bad. I'm still applying cold compresses... I'm untying the stitches on Saturday, can I apply warm compresses before untying them or do I have to do it after untying them...

속상해서못살겠네~

병원에서 수술2틀까지 냉찜질. 그 후엔 온찜질로 하라던데... 저도 멍이 심했는데 온찜질하고 나니 많이 완화된듯 싶어요~
