Can I apply makeup right after the stitches are removed?

I had reoperation due to burial, and I had to go to work right after the stitches were removed. The bruises were so bad that I had to cover them up with makeup, so I was wondering if there would be any problems. In the past, when I first had the surgery, even though I put on makeup a month later, cosmetics got stuck in the kinked area. Also, when removing makeup, how do I remove it so that there is no irritation? The bruising is worse than I thought, so I'm very worried right now. I'd like to ask you for some advice.
