Epic canthoplasty - lower photo

The two above are pictures of the stitches being removed today, and the bottom is the original eye... I waited to see if it would get better if the stitches were removed... The red scar is no joke.... What should I do... Do the red bumps really go away?? It didn't look good in the picture, but when I see it in person ㅠㅠ I really want to die . No... What about the scars... Does it really get better after time passes ??? Although the swelling has gone down a bit... will it get better if it goes down more... ㅠㅠ How should I live now...
