[Double eyelid Incision] Where to get double eyelid surgery without incision

I had eye surgery, and it's already come undone twice. My goal is to have it done with an incision so that it doesn't come undone....But I absolutely don't want to get eye correction and only want to get incision double eyelid surgery.
