[etc] Breast augmentation is a surgery, not a procedure

I didn't know I had floating breasts before, but I found out after giving birthㅜ They got bigger and hurt so much during my period/pregnancy/breastfeeding... They show how much was removed after surgery, and it's so embarrassing when I think about how much was under my armpit. I couldn't wear sleeveless clothes until then, and I didn't have confidence even with a bra... Anyway, floating breasts can never be removed with surgery, and it seems like they have to be removed unconditionally. Now, I'm really satisfied. The pictures are before and after the surgery.
