[Breast Enlargement] Do you know why my nipples bleed after breast surgery? (Korean winter)

I was left with a really bad scar (I didn't pay attention to it;;), but the scar got better after applying body lotion every day since last winter. I wasn't in Korea at the time, so I only chatted with the counselor through KakaoTalk, so I think he told me to apply antibiotic ointment. There was fluid coming out of the nipples, right? If you know of any cases, please let me know. Among the surgeries, breast surgery was the most painful. Maybe it was because of the general anesthesia, but I almost collapsed due to lack of stamina, and I got allergic, so it was itchy all around my chest. But this was after the surgery.
