First of all, I am in my mid-30s. I had surgery to fix my mobility issues in my 20s, but I guess I should say that I had most of the major surgeries in my 30s? The point is that my older sister has done this much and is living well..lol First of all, the specifications are 162cm 45kg / upper chest circumference 74 / ribcage 69 / chest room 11.8~12.0 (each hospital was slightly different) All implants were possible and 270cc of Menex was put in. , I did it with a bottom/double plane! As for the size, I took all my body types into consideration and wanted a natural size that would fit around a full B to C cup. (+I lost my wings including my back due to a car accident a few years ago, and my shoulders are all bad. My lower waist is also not good. So I wanted to make it as small as possible. ) I was hospitalized for a day because I had no one at home to take care of me, but I thought it would be more comfortable at home if I had a guardian, so I took a week off. I received so much support from the doctors on the day of surgery that I think I had the surgery more comfortably!! I'm just writing down what I felt in a stream of consciousness review, because it didn't hurt as much as I thought!!!! -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------- Same day - Day 2 I was surprised that it hurt less than I expected.. I almost died on the first day when I had chin augmentation surgery. I remember doing it, so I went there prepared, but it turned out okay. Perhaps because the surgery wasn't long, my neck didn't hurt at all. He told me not to sleep, so I held back. I was wondering when the pain that felt like being stepped on by an elephant would come.. Did it come at night? At 14:30, they gave me a painkiller. At 15:30, they put a straw in my water. Drinking drinking drinking I was watching some Netflix, but I felt a little distracted and I was still sleepy, so I leaned back and slept. My lower back hurt more than my chest, perhaps because of my posture. 18:30 I ate the porridge and cookies they made for me really well and took the medicine. I took out all the painkilling medication a long time ago (I asked if they could give me more, but they said they wouldn't. haha). The pain in my solar plexus started that night. Like pretending? But if I sit up straight, it's fine, but if I lean even a little, it's extremely frustrating and painful. So it was difficult not being able to sleep properly. I took two painkillers four hours apart in the morning. I slept and woken up every hour, binge-watching Netflix dramas, and when I got really sick, I just got up and walked around the hospital room. The bed was at an angle of about 45 degrees, so it was uncomfortable, and it was more comfortable to sit up straight on the sofa next to me and sleep against the wall. My solar plexus hurt like it felt when I overate while wearing really tight underwear and tight jeans. In the meantime, they gave me snacks and juice. I ate everything all night and ate a lot for breakfast at 8:30 on the second day . Since the bandage was blue, I thought it would save me a little money. They told me not to wear an upper band, so I just got ready and left the hospital with shaved breasts. (My breasts are slightly saggy + the bottom line should not fall, so the director sent me a KakaoTalk message when I was discharged to tell me to skip the upper band.. haha) Discharged at 11:00. I still feel stuffy in my solar plexus. I was worried because it was a self-discharge, but it was better than worrying. *The combination of zero gravity chair + neck pillow is a miracle!! It's still difficult to do anything with my arms. I used the weightless chair with my feet and used it very carefully. I could feel my chest swelling up. 18:00 My chest is getting more and more swollen. It feels like swelling, but I don't know why my stomach feels even more swollen. Day 3 Living in a zero gravity chair. When I was preparing dinner, I was embarrassed because my chest muscles twitched at an unexpected point. I don't eat it because I'm scared;; After taking additional painkillers twice, the pain in my solar plexus area feels like it has gone down slightly. I felt a tingling sensation in the lower part of my chest. I removed the band at the incision. I was a little anxious because I wasn't wearing the bob, so I barely moved. When I looked at it from the side, it still looked a little tight. My stomach was so swollen that after 4 days (+3-4kg), I suddenly felt relieved. The upper part is a little soft. I'm not sure if it hurts my shoulders, but it feels like it's rolling forward. I keep thinking that it was a good idea to put it small. The unevenness is a little annoying. My stomach is very heavy. It's still bulging at the top . I'm surprised that my chest muscles twitch in unexpected places (I press the chair with my elbows). (Press or...) Cleaning the cat litter box is a challenge. I know what it feels like to have a cold heart. When you wake up in the morning/after a nap, does it feel like you've put a patch on your chest and solar plexus? My skin is warm, but I feel like I'm cumming all by myself. I couldn't help it, so I went to the beauty salon and washed my hair. On the 5th and 6th day, the use of my arms definitely got better. Even if I raise my arm up to the level of my face, I don't feel much, but I have pain in the upper arm of my right arm. It seems like my shoulder is curling up and it's coming down to my arm... (I'm a little worried because it seems like the originally bad part is slowly getting better.) I haven't showered yet. On the 6th day, I went to the hospital. In the morning, it felt like the swelling had suddenly gone down a bit, but when I weighed myself, it had gone down by 0.5. However, I still felt a lot of swelling. From under the chest to stomach to calves. My stomach and thighs feel swollen (different from gaining weight). The BP sensation wasn't there from the beginning, and now, when I touch it, it feels a little swollen like a menstrual period. The bruise was between the solar plexus and going down + there was a yellow bruise on both sides of the chest. I went to the hospital and saw the doctor's progress and also watched the CCTV. The surgery seemed to have gone well and the existing asymmetry was okay because I decided to just carry it (even breasts) and put in the same size. There isn't much of a difference unless you look closely, so there's no stress about this part. He said I didn't have to wear the bob, but I just wanted to wear it, so he filled it in. I guess the 5cm puffy bra I used to wear was a bit too tight... The bob wasn't that uncomfortable either hahahaha What kind of light therapy? I did the same thing for about 30 minutes and came back with capsular contracture medicine. They told me to take it when I finished the antibiotic. On the 7th day, I lowered my head and washed my hair by myself. I'm going to shower starting tomorrow with a waterproof band on, so I just washed my hair. The bob is tight, so it feels more like it's touching a wound rather than feeling uncomfortable. It's a little uncomfortable because of that feeling, but I've been trying to wear it for a month. The swelling is still there, so none of the pants fit.. ㅠㅠ It's swollen from the bottom of my chest to the top of my thighs. I'm afraid to go to work right now, so I'm in a hurry to stock up on pants that don't fit. It hurts a little, but I'm just writing it down as a stream of consciousness. The surgery seems to have gone well. It's only been a week, but I feel something. It feels like my left breast was bigger than before, and it has grown in the same shape as mine. There is a difference between the two sides , but the bottom line and nipple positions all fit well and you can't tell from the front/side unless you look closely, so I don't really care! Breast surgery seems to be real after surgery, so I'm going to do as the hospital tells me and I 'll come back with a photo review later, right? How does time fly? I hope time passes quickly.
