[Breast Enlargement] 2 years after breast surgery

It is said that the surgery that I am most satisfied with is breast surgery.. I did it with a motiva. At first, it was good because my breasts got bigger. I had no scars, and there were certainly many side effects from all other surgeries, but my breasts were not like that. I put it in too big and it takes a while, so it's a bit embarrassing when I go to the bathroom TT It's embarrassing when I take X-rays in places like hospitals... It's nice because I'm pretty when I wear wet underwear, but it's just a bowl of rice when I lie down .. ㅜㅜ And my shoulders A lot of pain or miscellaneous symptoms in the neck I am not sure if this is due to breast augmentation .. I am   very satisfied with the aesthetics (except for the too large), but there is a lot of discomfort
