[Breast Enlargement] Thinking about breast revision surgery..

There are a lot of places I want to have surgery, so I looked for it and signed up, but I will write a review and consideration for my career advancement. The back bellagel issue broke out, and since the first time I took off the bandage, it felt like the implant came down... I didnt... Maybe I should have put a small implant... Talking like its my life-sex problem... They say this is the second time Ive had a surgery like this... I cant remember what that person did before. And I can see all the wrinkles on the side of the breastbone... My original breasts and implants are so separated that if I put pressure on the pectoral muscles, its a bit ugly, so its rather complex. They said that they would only receive the difference.. The problem is that surgery is possible only on the hem, but when I look at it, my skin looks a bit blemished, so I really, really, really dont want to do the hem. I wonder if it cant be done.. I didnt open it first because I didnt know if the name of the hospital could be opened...
