Chest side effects (I have a picture)

I had an areola incision with Kogel texture 6 months ago in Gangnam with a breast sewer. It seems that sagging breasts have not been corrected . ㅠ The feel of the ball is soft, but it feels like it is filled with water and it feels like a pack. On the right breast, the pack can be clearly touched below the chest, but it feels like some kind of rubber has come out. As you can see, the left side drooped a lot to the point where there was a clear difference . Is this a side effect?
