Both feel different. What should I do??

It's hard like an overturned rice bowl, and it feels different on both sides. Is this out of date?? Do I need to re-surgery? The hospital simply says that because the body rejects the implant, the muscle membrane becomes hard, so you just need to remove the muscle membrane, cut only one side and tear it off. I'm so stressed out. It's been 9 months, but I can touch one side and the other side like the implant. Is there anything that compensates you?
