But after a month, I think I just went about my daily life without worrying about my heart at all.

has now become a routine.
Since everything is over within a year anyway, wouldn’t a year be too soon?

And I don't stretch well, so a month and almost two weeks? Until then, I couldn't raise my arms completely

There is no significant change in the way I feel now compared to the first month.
